The Day We All Stood Still – Follow up

December 21st, 2008 · 4 Comments

Inspired by the title of the film “The Day the Earth Stood Still” We froze in place at the exact same moment in the lobby of the Edwards  Marq*E 23 for five minutes.

Around 7pm a about 20+ of us had gathered on the corner next to Todai. [simage=1,320,y,center]

After some brief instructions we headed over to the theater for our freeze. [simage=22,320,y,center]

When 7:30 someone let out a loud cough and we all froze for five minutes. I don’t know if you’ve held still for five minutes on purpose lately, but it’s tough stuff!

A BIG thank you to everyone who came out and made this possible. Be sure to check out our other sites for further updates:

The security guards were saying no video cameras were allowed in the theater. They were persistent.
